Название: Правець/столбняк Отправлено: Marina_s от Вс., 18 Сен. 2016, 12:37 Допоможіть будь ласка порадою. Дитина 3 роки вчора розсікла брову, рана була глибока. В лікарню поїхали зразу, промили, обробили, зашили. Дитина не щеплена. Чи є вирогідність в даному випадку заразитись правцем? Лікар коли зашивав за щеплення не питав. Дякую всім за відповідь.
Название: Re: Правець/столбняк Отправлено: An-Ytka от Вс., 18 Сен. 2016, 13:47 Вірогідність тільки теоретична. Навіть якщо там були бактерії правця (а вони не скрізь валяються) то кров`ю все вимилось. А зразу промивши-обробивши, ви не залишили правцю шансів.
Можете звернутись до лікаря, який обробляв рану, спитати його про правець. Тільки треба правильно сформулювати питання. Наприклад так: "Ви нічого не говорили про щеплення від правця (екстренну профілактику правця) тому що в цій рані нема умов для правця?" І самі розберіться в яких ранах є умови для розвитку правця, а в яких нема. Тому що не всі лікарі є професіоналами. Мій син розсік лоб в 2 роки, теж зашивали. Щодо правця я не переживала, тому що бачила рану і знала що в таких ранах правця не буває.
