Прошли комиссию в поликлинике, в форме 026 написано - сом.здорова, и внизу приписка не рекомендовано к посещению ДДЗ на основании отсутствия прививок. Сказали решайте с поликлиникой. Пошли сегодня снова в поликлинику с заявление на имя главврача с требованием выдать форму 026 в соответствии с инструкциями по ее заполнению, что бы мы могли пойти в садик. На что дан был ответ, что форма у вас уже имеется. Жена была в поликлинике, возразить более ничем не могла. Зав сказала - идите жалуйтесь кому хотите. Заявление так никому и не отдали пока что. Подскажите, что делать дальше? Добивать поликлинику или пытаться с отказом идти в садик решать вопрос?
