Название: Отказываються принимать заевление об отказе от прививок Отправлено: kisanext от Пн., 08 Сен. 2008, 11:48 Здравствуйте. У нас возникла такая проблема. Наша дочь ходит в сад. И мы решили отказаться от прививок(может конечно и поздно, т.к. основную част она получила их) Написала заявление на имя заведующей поликлиники, но она отказалась у нас его принимать и отправила на иммунологическую комиссию. Говорит, и них единая форма отказа которую принимает СЭС и наше заявление она не примет. Что нам делать? Как вручить ей заявление? А их акт отказа какой-то очень странный. И что такое это комиссия и чем грозит. С уважением Женя г. Северодонецк.
