Я работаю в медицинском учреждении, где приходится проводить много времени на ногах. Иногда бывает так, что ноги устают, болят, возникают неприятные ощущения. Хочется найти обувь, которая бы обеспечивала комфорт и поддержку ногам на протяжении всего дня. Что посоветуете?

Так на что же нужно обращать внимание при выборе такой обуви? Удобная посадка: обувь должна хорошо поддерживать стопу и не натирать. Амортизация: важно, чтобы обувь имела хорошую амортизацию, чтобы смягчать удары при ходьбе и уменьшать нагрузку на ноги. Вентиляция: обувь должна быть хорошо вентилируемой, чтобы предотвращать потливость и появление неприятного запаха.
